Privacy & Support
This page explains what data (if any) we collect, how we handle it, and how to contact us. We built this game to run fully on your device — no backend, no tracking, no attribution.
1. Privacy Policy Firebase & AppsFlyer usage
Effective date: 2 November 2025
“Chickens 2048: Merge the Coop” (“we”, “our”, “the game”) is a casual mobile game for iOS and Android. We value your privacy and transparency about how data is processed.
We use Firebase for push notifications and basic analytics (for example: app open events, crashes, performance). We use AppsFlyer solely for install attribution — to understand from which source the user installed the game.
Tracking data is collected only if you have explicitly allowed it via system permission prompts. All tracking and analytics data are automatically deleted after 90 days.
We do not collect any personal information such as name, email, or location within the app. Your game progress is stored locally on your device.
2. What we do not collect
- We do not collect your name, email, phone number or address in the app.
- We do not track your location.
Any game progress or settings are stored locally on your device’s storage provided by iOS / Android. This data is typically anonymous and tied only to your installation.
3. Third-party services
To provide basic analytics, notifications, and attribution, this app integrates the following third-party SDKs:
- Firebase — used for push notifications and anonymous usage analytics.
- AppsFlyer — used for install attribution and aggregated marketing performance metrics.
Both Firebase and AppsFlyer process only limited, non-identifiable technical information such as device ID, app version, and country (without personal data). These services automatically delete tracking information after 90 days.
We do not share any user data with other parties and do not maintain our own external servers for tracking.
4. Your rights & deletion
You can withdraw consent for analytics or attribution tracking at any time through your device settings. If tracking was enabled, all related data stored by Firebase and AppsFlyer will be automatically removed within 90 days.
You can also request manual deletion of any analytics or attribution data associated with your device ID. To do so, email us at: magnusjantz96@icloud.com.
Please include your platform (iOS or Android), approximate install date, and device model (optional). We will confirm deletion or explain how to clear all app data manually by removing the game from your device.
5. Children’s privacy
The game is simple and casual, but we still recommend parents to supervise children’s app usage. Since we do not collect personal data in the app itself, the risk is minimal, but the general recommendation stays.
6. Support & contact
If you have any questions about gameplay, bugs, crashes, purchases through the App Store / Google Play, or about this Privacy Policy, reach us:
We’ll do our best to help with device-specific issues (iOS, Android), corrupted install, layout problems, or restore steps.
When you write to us, we may temporarily see your email address and the information you include in the message. We will use it only to answer your request and will delete it on request.
7. Platform notes (iOS & Android)
Our app runs on Apple’s App Store (iOS) and Google Play (Android). These platforms may collect some technical data on their side (for example: crash reports, device model, OS version) according to their own privacy policies. We do not control that process. Please review:
- Apple Privacy Policy (for iOS users)
- Google Privacy Policy (for Android users)
If you report a bug, we might ask you for the OS version and device model to reproduce it. This is optional and used only for support.
If we ever add online features, leaderboards, cloud backup or analytics, we will update this document and highlight what changed. We aim to keep the text short, human and easy to read.
